An interdisciplinary team of nurses, dietary technicians, social workers and therapists
will access and put in place an individual management program for many chronic medical
illnesses and conditions such as diabetes, heart failure, declines in mobility and
COPD to help our long term residents and short term patients maintain the highest
level of physical functioning.
Our nurses are licensed and certified in IV therapy (Intravenous Therapy), from Peripheral
Cannulas to Central Lines and PICC Lines. They will work closely with your personal
physician to deliver IV therapy to treat a variety of conditions including dehydration,
the management of pain and the delivery of IV antibiotics.
